Registration for Croton AYSO covers the 2026/2027 academic year in two seasons – Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. The last day to register is Friday, July 31st.
The Croton AYSO Kickstart program for 2-3 year olds is run by a partner program and on a separate registration system. Fall dates and information is unavailable at this time.
Key Dates:
Tentative Fall Season: September 5th – November 15th, 2026
Tentative Spring Season: April 10th – June 13th, 2027
We maintain a waitlist for all divisions. All players who end up on the waitlist are on a first come, first served basis. Based on the number of registered players, we may need to limit divisions and prioritize new players to accommodate those in the Croton-Harmon School District.

REGISTRATION FAQs
Q) I want to sign my child up for the fall season only. Can I get a prorated registration fee?
No. Registration is for the full year which is broken up into the fall and spring seasons. Fees are not refundable and not prorated if the player opts to not return for the spring season.
Q) Do I have to attach my child’s birth certificate?
Birth documentation is only required of new players in the Club soccer division (Croton FC). Skip this question during registration.
Q) I want to withdraw my child from play in the middle of the season. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no. Croton AYSO fee refunds are only given if the registration is cancelled prior to the first fall practice. All national fees ($25) & Sports Connect transaction fees ($3.50) are non-refundable.
Q) It’s after July 31st and I forgot to register my child – will you take late registrants?
Depending on the division, we may be able to place a late registrant. The first step is to register for the waitlist (https://www.ayso455.org). Activation off of the waitlist is on a first come, first served basis. If your child is placed on the waitlist, we will notify you of space availability and potential placement as soon as possible, but likely after the season has started.
Q) What time are practices and where will they be located?
Team placement, Saturday practice time slots, and locations are tentatively scheduled for release around Labor Day. The time slots/locations are generally grouped according to age division and take into account coaches’ schedules and field availability.
This is our typical schedule, but is always subject to change based on Volunteer Coach availability and registration numbers. Here is an example:
- U5 Jamboree – 8:45AM only (50-60 minutes)
- U6 Coed: 8:30AM, 9:30AM, and if enrollment numbers dictate 10:30AM (1 hr)
- U8 Boys and Girls Teams: 8:30AM, 9:45AM, and 11:00AM (1 hr 15 min)
- U10 – U19 Divisions: Similar to U8 times, however, it all depends on how many teams are formed and Volunteer Coaches’ availability. Typically an 8:30AM or 10:00 AM start (1 hr 30 min)
Q) Where and when are games held?
For divisions that play games, all are held on Sunday afternoons. Coaches will provide the game schedule before the season begins.
- U5 & U6 teams do not play games on Sundays
- U8 games are held in Croton on Hudson typically at 12pm or 1pm
- U10-U19 games are held throughout the county (home games in Croton on Hudson, away games in neighboring AYSO programs in Westchester)
Q) How do I register my Croton FC player as an AYSO guest player?
Please refer to the Guest Player Policy for more information and registration instructions.
